Your written project scope
Before a project starts, we provide a written scope setting out the work, inclusions, price and any extras. You accept that scope before full upfront payment. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to a project.
The single-page package below has a defined scope. Redesigns, extra pages and more complex projects are quoted separately. Any different project arrangements must be clearly agreed in writing before payment.
The single-page website package
The website build fee is CAD $499. The package includes:
- One scrolling page with your main business information.
- Copywriting based on the business information you provide.
- A mobile-friendly layout, quote form and clear call button.
- Basic search setup: a descriptive page title and meta description, clear headings, natural service and service-area wording, alt text for meaningful images, and an indexability check.
- One consolidated round of in-scope revisions before launch.
- 14 days after launch to report faults in the delivered work.
- A 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee on the CAD $499 build fee.
Basic search setup does not include ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile work or ranking guarantees. We do not guarantee a particular number of visitors, enquiries or sales.
Payment and additional costs
Full project payment is due upfront after you accept the written scope. Work starts once the scope is accepted, payment is received in full and all required information is supplied.
Hosting, domain registration, extra pages, new content and ongoing work are separate from the website build fee. The written scope will identify the exact charges, any applicable tax and the total payable before payment. We do not begin extra work without agreeing its scope and cost with you.
Your information and materials
Provide your business name, business contact details, services, service area, and any logo or photos you would like to use. Please supply accurate information and materials you own or have permission to use.
Your domain stays in your name, and the photos you supply remain yours. The written scope will set out the agreed site handover, access and any third-party asset or software licence details. We do not require you to transfer ownership of your domain to SparrowSEO.
First draft, revisions and launch
For the single-page package, the first-draft target is 7–10 business days after scope acceptance, full payment and receipt of all required information. This is a first-draft target, not a guaranteed launch date.
Check your business details and send one consolidated list of in-scope revisions within five business days of the first draft. A later response moves the launch timing; it does not forfeit the included revision round or automatically create a fee.
The website launches only after your review, the included revisions and your approval. One consolidated round of in-scope revisions is included before launch, plus 14 days after launch to report faults in the delivered work. Extra pages, new content and ongoing changes are quoted separately.
Cancellation before launch
If you cancel the single-page package before launch, you receive a full refund of the CAD $499 website build fee. You have no right to use the cancelled new design.

30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with your single-page website, request a refund within 30 days from finished-site launch and we will refund the full CAD $499 website build fee.
The 30-day period begins when the finished website launches with your approval. It does not begin at purchase, payment or first draft. The guarantee is separate from the included revision round and the 14-day fault-reporting window. You do not have to accept a repair attempt before requesting a refund.

A full build-fee refund means you stop using the newly delivered site. Your domain and supplied photos remain yours. We will agree on a handover or restoration plan before any removal, especially if the new site replaced an existing website. Requesting a refund does not trigger automatic removal.
Refund timing and separate charges
We aim to issue eligible refunds within five business days of your request. Your bank may take longer to complete the refund.
The money-back guarantee covers the website build fee only. Hosting and domain charges are separate. Any third-party costs and their cancellation or refund arrangements will be identified in the written scope before payment; they do not reduce the full build-fee refund promised above.
Optional hosting management
You can arrange your own compatible hosting or ask about optional SparrowSEO hosting management, quoted separately per month. The hosting setup and responsibilities are agreed in writing before you commit.
Hosting management covers account-status checks, domain connection and coordination of provider faults. We respond to reported hosting problems within two business days. This is not a 24/7 service, and a response commitment is not a guaranteed resolution time. Content edits, backups and ongoing SEO are separate.
To cancel optional hosting management, email josh@sparrowseo.com. Cancellation stops the next hosting renewal. Hosting continues to the end of the paid billing period, with no partial-period refund. We will agree on a migration plan before that period ends.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates to this page do not, by themselves, change the written scope or refund promise already agreed for your project.
