Cancellation before launch
If you cancel before launch, you receive a full refund of the CAD $499 website build fee. You have no right to use the cancelled new design.
30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with your website, request a refund within 30 days from finished-site launch and we will refund the full CAD $499 website build fee. Hosting and domain charges are separate.
The 30-day period starts when your finished website launches with your approval, not when you pay or receive the first draft. This guarantee is separate from the included revision round and the 14-day fault-reporting window.
A full build-fee refund means you stop using the newly delivered site. Your domain and the photos you supplied remain yours. We will agree on a handover or restoration plan before any removal, especially where the new site replaced an existing one.
Refund timing
We aim to issue eligible refunds within five business days of your request. Your bank may take longer to complete the refund.
Optional hosting cancellation
Cancellation stops the next hosting renewal. Hosting continues through the end of the paid billing period, with no partial-period refund. We will agree on a migration plan before the paid period ends.
