How it works
FROM FIRST CHAT
TO LIVE WEBSITE.
The first-draft target below applies to the single-page website package. For redesigns or other builds, we agree on the scope and timing in your written quote.
Agree on the scope.
You receive a written scope with the inclusions, price and any extras. Once you accept it, full project payment is due upfront.
Review the first draft.
Work starts after you accept the scope, pay in full and provide all required information. The first-draft target is 7–10 business days from that point. Send one consolidated in-scope revision list within five business days of the draft. A later response moves launch timing.
Approve the launch.
The website launches only after your review, the included revisions and your approval. The first-draft target is not a guaranteed launch date.
After the launch
A CLEAR HANDOVER.
ROOM TO MOVE FORWARD.
Your written scope sets out the agreed website handover and any separate hosting arrangements. Your domain stays in your name.
Report faults in the delivered work
The single-page package includes 14 days after launch to report faults. Extra pages, new content and ongoing changes are quoted separately.
A separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are unhappy, request a full CAD $499 build-fee refund within 30 days of the finished website launching with your approval. The guarantee is separate from the revision round and fault-reporting window.
